Google Play Store not opening

Google Play Store keeps crashing issue / Google Play Store not working.

This troubleshooting guide is for those who can't open the play store 

and getting 'com..blah..blah blah.....' error after restarting their phone.  

To resolve that problem follow the steps below.

→Go to 'settings'
→Apps/Application
→Swipe to 'All'
→Swipe down below.
→Look for 'DOWNLOADS'
→Tap 'ENABLE'.

Close all running apps and trying again.
